It's important to note that our timeframes serve as a general guideline and can vary depending on individual circumstances.

If you have stains that are difficult to remove, lingering odours, or the presence of allergens causing allergies or respiratory issues, you might want to consider booking a professional cleaning today.

 Your furniture may have a recommended cleaning frequency from the manufacturer to consider as well. 

Upon making a booking, you will receive a confirmation message. 

The day before your scheduled appointment, you'll receive another message to confirm the booking for the following day. We kindly ask customers to move smaller items and vacuum carpets beforehand.

We will handle moving larger items during the cleaning process. For items we can't move, we can work around them.

On the scheduled day, upon arrival, we'll assess the areas to be cleaned. We'll proceed by setting up our equipment and applying a professional advanced pre-spray on the carpets or upholstery we're cleaning. 

This pre-spray helps bring dirt to the surface. Subsequently, we'll perform hot extraction at temperatures up to 110 degrees, ensuring a deep and thorough clean for your carpets or upholstery. 

Our equipment boasts double the suction power compared to most companies in the southwest, resulting in cleaner and drier carpets and upholstery.
