Yes there is no need for us to visit your home, get in touch and we can give you a free quote. Commercial property may require a site visit.

Yes! We use special chemicals and agents that are specific for the removal or pet smells and are also pet and environmentally friendly!

No. Hot water extraction is considered to be the best method for removing embedded soil and other contaminants. It is also the preferred cleaning method by the leading carpet manufacturers.

Our cleaners will happily move any furniture that does not require more than one person. We would also kindly ask that you remove small objects and breakables before the cleaner arrives.

 We’d recommend that you give your carpets a vacuum before, especially if there is a lot of dust, fluff or larger particles on your carpets, as this may block the filters in our machines.

We can’t guarantee to remove every stain. Unfortunately, some permanently damage the carpet fibres and no amount of specialist cleaning will reverse this.
